During our recent visit to D.C. for a surgery at GWUH, we stayed at this apartment complex located conveniently close to the hospital. The area felt safe and we appreciated the underground parking and the support staff's exceptional hospitality, making our stay enjoyable. The hotel room was basically like a small apartment with a full kitchen, which was super handy with Trader Joe's right across the street. The only bummer was forking over an extra 40 bucks for parking, as I assumed it'd be included, but overall, still a solid spot!

I had an amazing stay at the hotel. The staff were pretty good too assist me as a solo mom with lots of luggage and a young child. They even helped me with my belongings and tried to arrange transportation for me when I was in a pinch. The hotel also had a lovely wine lounge with delicious food and a variety of drinks. The room was spacious, with two comfortable full-size beds, a large living room, a small dining area, and a separate kitchen. The AC could be adjusted to our preference and the kitchen was clean and equipped for cooking. The hotel's convenient location allowed me to easily walk to Georgetown and access major transportation options, making it very convenient for exploring the city.

The staff was friendly and helpful, especially when we arrived late and needed assistance with our bags. They even were really good too help us with transportation and recommendations for nearby restaurants.

Although the room was clean, we noticed some signs of aging and wear and tear. The decor looked a bit dated and in need of a refresh.

It is also close to major transportation options, including the GWU station and the $1 city circulator. The large rooms with microwaves are a great way to save money, and the friendly and helpful staff ensure a pleasant stay. the underground parking and support staff add to the overall convenience.
